all made for a really comfortable stay. the place was clean, i loved that. the staff was superfriendly and helpful to chat with. they offered easy check-in. its room was brand-new and reasonably spacious, could use central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television at any time. bathroom was nice, had bidet.

Location was brilliant, quite a walk from Theater Opera Museum la Scala, staff was HELPFUL though we didn't see much of them. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the place was clean.

Couldn't find cleaning.
